DECKS & PATIOS

This is the time of year when your Decks and Patios are used to their fullest. Annual maintenance will help keep them in superb condition for those enjoyable summertime events.
Here are some suggestions:

CHECK FOR DAMAGED AREAS
- Replace loose, rotted or damaged boards.
(Check for Rot by pushing a screwdriver into suspect areas.)
- Hammer down nails sticking up.
- Tighten Loose Bolts
- Sand Down Splinters.

CLEAN FLOORBOARDS
- Clean any debris lodged between floorboards.
- Power Wash annually to loosen debris.

APPLY SEALANT
- When completely dry, apply sealant with a UV protector.
(This helps safeguard from harsh sun rays.)

Now that the maintenance is done all you have to worry about is the food and guest list for your next event. ENJOY!
