Solve Your Kitchen Storage Problem

Many Northshore homes I work in are rather spacious but if you find you have a home with limited cabinet and counter top space in the kitchen I have two suggestions.

Need a place to store pots and pans? Try installing a Chef’s Rack. Not only will it allow you to display your pots and pans but they will also be close by when you need them. Racks come in a variety of sizes to fit any size kitchen so you should be able to find one that is perfect for your situation.

I once had a customer who wanted me to install a hanging rack. Her pots were quite heavy and she was concerned the rack might not hold the weight. I assured her I've been in this trade for many years and understand how to properly attach it to structure capable of bearing the extra weight. To reassure her I grabbed onto the rack and hung from it with my full 175lb. body weight. She was so amazed she called for her husband to "Come see!".

Another way to help create more open counter space in your kitchen is to buy a hanging basket where you can store and display colorful fresh fruits and vegetables.

That's my tips for today. Check back tomorrow for more ideas.
