ATTIC VENTILATION=LOWER UTILITY BILL

Today I'd like to talk about attic ventilation. Attic Fans remove hot air from the attic only but ideally helps lower temperatures in rooms below. I had 2 attic fans that over a period of time stopped working. After I replaced them with new ones there was a noticeable difference in my electric bills. I've heard of some shocking electric bills lately the highest was $750. Besides raising the thermostat setting (and level of discomfort) adding attic ventilation can't hurt and possibly lower your bill. That's a worthy and wise investment if you don't currently have ventilation.
